Adam was the agent that I first bought through in Eden. I looked at a lot of properties and spoke to all the agents in the area. My final purchase was informed more by the fact that he was the agent than the property itself - total trust. Then I asked him to manage it for me as a rental property and he was fantastic in that role too. He managed a couple of tenancies for me and made sure there were minimal gaps and that the property was well looked after. Unfortunately I had to sell the property after just a few years, so of course Adam was the one for the job. He worked hard to get me a really good price, even though I needed a fast sale. He was equally decent and fair with me, the buyer and the tenants. I made a good investment return and the process, from start to finish, was totally stress free.
